In our clinic we use the following methods of hemorrhoids treatment:

• Barron’s Method (rubber band ligation) linked with cryotherapy relies on applying an elastic band onto an almorrana and freezing the ligated tissue in order to cause necrosis.
• Sclerotherapy involves the injection a sclerosing agent into the almorrana of the irritant, which causes lesion necrosis.
• Laser varices treatment is a modern way of varices treatment relying on radiation of haemorrhoid in place of its vascularisation with the use of Nd:Yag high-power laser for the purpose of coagulation of vessels and fibrosis of almorrana tissue.
• Bipolar coagulation by radio waves through the use of waves energy of radio frequencies flowing between electrodes of apparatus leads to coagulation and scarring of the haemorrhoid.

All the procedures are procedures performed in a ambulant mode. They do not disturb every-day patient activity.
