Hymenotomia is a treatment in gynecology surgery, which means the incision or removal of the hymen. This treatment is performed in girls with congenital vagina, which is defined as atresia of hymen. Hymen incision surgery is also performed in women who want to remove the hymen, because it is too hard and difficult.
