Our clinic offers 8 methods of liposuction – thanks to this, we are able to guarantee a fully customized approach, expectations and capabilities of the patient. The method of treatment is determined in consultation with a specialist doctor.
Vaser Lipo® (Ultrasound Liposuction) – This method involves inserting a specially designed head into the body fat, emitting ultrasound of varying intensity. Ultrasonic energy allows for precise separation of fat cells from surrounding tissues. Separated adipose tissue is aspirated. The VaserLipo® method allows you to “sculpt” fat cells- yes, to get the indentations and furrows of the athletic, athletic silhouette.
Liposuction Vaser Lipo removes more fatty tissue in less time and reduces the risk of bruising and hematoma because during the fat breakdown phase, small blood vessels are closed. The use of the VaserLipo® method allows transplanted desquamated adiposity cells to reside on the patient’s body, such as the chest or buttocks.
WAL (Body Jet) – is a method of liposuction assisted by a jet of water. The cannula inserted into the adipose tissue of the patient under pressure is given a special solution.
Its task is to separate the fat cells from the connective tissue without damaging the surrounding nerves and vessels. Importantly, the solution anesthetizes the area of the treatment and narrows the blood vessels, limiting bleeding. The solution is sucked from the patient’s body along with fat cells.
The use of the WAL method allows transplanted suctioned fat cells to other places on the body of the patient, eg in the breast.
NIL (Vibrolipo) – nutraceutical liposuction, using the patent of Belgian scientists. During surgery, the cannula performs progressive-wavy motion, moving on three planes and emitting infrasounds.
This allows easy separation of adipose cells from the surrounding fibrous-vascular structures and sucking them from the patient’s body.
LAL (laser liposuction, Smartlipo – laser lipolysis) – this method consists of using laser cannula with laser fiber. The energy that the laser emits, dissolves the adipose tissue, which is then extracted.
The advantages of using lasers in liposuction surgery are: coagulation of the surrounding vessels (ie reduction of trauma) and skin tension by heating it with laser energy.
SAL – is a classic variant of liposuction. During treatment under the skin of the patient is inserted cannulas attached to the fat suction apparatus using negative pressure.
PAL – this technique is called vibration liposuction. During surgery, a cannula is used for movement (front-back). The generated vibrations facilitate the separation of fat cells from the surrounding tissues and their aspiration.
WAL + LAL – this method involves the combination of water and laser liposuction. By means of a jet of pressurized water, the fat cells are separated and aspirated.
The laser method allows the skin tension in the operating area.
NIL + LAL – this method consists of a combination of rotational laser and laser liposuction. As in the above case, NIL is used here to remove adipose tissue, laser method to achieve optimum skin tension.
