Yellow Peel belongs to procedures of chemical peelings series and is one of more popular peelings in dermatology and aesthetic medicine.  The effect of Yellow Peel relies on removal of epidermis layer on various levels. In the first phase of the procedure glycolic acid and salicylic acid provide the effect of exfoliation. In the second phase of the procedure tretinoin and vitamin C stimulate the production of collagen, elastin and glucosamines. Lightening Peel is a procedure that uses a combination of glycolic acid, kojic acid and fid acid. Kojic acid is a molecule of natural origin produced by some types of mushrooms that is Aspergillus and  Penicillus. Combination of those acids provides the effect of synergy on intraepidermic melanin sediment and on dermoepidermic melanin synthesis.
The most frequent indication for Lightening Peel procedure is surface and average melasma, aftersun discolouration, freckles.  

The procedure should be performed every 15 days till the achievement of a desirable effect or in a mode established by a doctor.

Mandel Plus is a new medical chemical peeling that uses favourable function of mandelic acid and pyruvic acid in one formula. Primary indications are skin colouration irregularity, dyschromy, melasma caused by excessive exposure to sun, acne and steatorrhea skin control and photoageing.

Thanks to fast penetration of dermis, it allows for achieving good aesthetic effects in short time similar to those aggressive exfoliating procedures with the use of TCA. Indications for peeling are: skin redness among persons with polycythemia, steatorrhea skin inflammation, acne, steatorrhea skin, photoageing, after-acne scars, acne keratosis.
